MATERIAL Queen pineapple is the most popular variety in Vietnam. Pineapples are celebrated for their crown-like appearance, juicy flesh, and sweet flavor.
PROCESSING Ripe pineapples are harvested and delivered to our factory. After washing, the pineapples are peeled and sterilized by hot water. Afterward, the fruits are cut into suitable thick slices by hand and dried at low temperatures until they reach standard texture & moisture and keep the original nutrients.
