Exploring Vietnam Foodexpo 2023 – International Food Industry Exhibition: Trading, Learning, and Continuous Development

On the morning of November 22nd, 2023, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, Vietnam Food Expo 2023 officially opened its doors. With its large scale and the presence of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, this exhibition aims to promote export and domestic market development in the food, agriculture, and seafood industries. Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Đỗ Thắng Hải, emphasized in his opening speech that Vietnam Foodexpo is a professional trading and investment platform that attracts hundreds of businesses and thousands of leading agricultural and food brands of Vietnam as well as top global food products.
With over 500 booths from nearly 400 domestic and international businesses, Vietnam Food Expo 2023 drew the attention of enterprises from over 30 provinces and cities nationwide. This exhibition not only showcased products but also displayed organic products in line with current trends in the Vietnamese food industry.
Vietnam Food Expo 2023 provided us with opportunities to learn and share knowledge through workshops, product demonstrations, and networking with industry partners. Engaging with prominent names and other potential businesses opened new doors for us to expand our market and seek collaboration opportunities.

At the exhibition, many booths introduced organic products such as dried pho, dried vermicelli, rice, cashews, various types of palm sugars, coffee, coconut cakes, various beans (red beans, soybeans, black beans, white beans), black sesame, powdered milk, dried spices (cinnamon, star anise, chili, garlic), peppercorns, and more.
