Ingredients (4 servings)

• 40g BUBU Premium Dried Mango (diced)

• 40g BUBU Premium Dried Pineapple (diced)

• 10g jelly powder (agar-agar)

• 200ml low-sugar milk

• 50ml coconut milk

• 400ml water

How to Make Mango & Pineapple Pudding

• Step 1: Bring 200ml water to a boil. Add milk, coconut milk, and half the jelly powder. Stir well and bring to a second boil.

• Step 2: Pour the mixture into molds or cups. Chill in the fridge until set.

• Step 3: In another pot, boil the remaining 200ml water and add the rest of the jelly powder. Stir until dissolved.

• Step 4: Add the diced BUBU dried mango and pineapple. Stir gently.

• Step 5: Pour the fruit jelly mixture into molds and chill until completely firm.

• Step 6: Once the fruit jelly has set, layer it over the milk pudding.

• Step 7: Serve cold and enjoy the refreshing tropical sweetness!
