Return and Refund Policy

1. Return/Exchange Timeframe

In the event that you discover a product with a technical defect arising from the manufacturing process, you may request a return or exchange within 07 (seven) days from the date of receipt.

The date of receipt shall be determined based on:

  • Records from the courier service or delivery personnel;
  • The delivery confirmation stamp of the postal service or shipping provider.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Products are eligible for return or exchange only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within the prescribed return/exchange period;
  • The return/exchange procedure is properly followed in accordance with our policy;
  • The product remains unused and is intact, with original seals, labels, and packaging;
  • Valid proof of purchase or order documentation is provided;
  • The reason for return/exchange falls within the accepted cases.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the return/exchange period has expired;
  • Products that are free from technical defects, conform to the descriptions published on the website, but do not meet the customer’s subjective expectations;
  • Products that have been used, have damaged packaging, missing seals or labels, or are no longer in their original condition;
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.

4. Applicable Return or Exchange Cases

  • Return: The delivered product does not match the information or description published on the website.

  • Exchange: The product is damaged, dented, broken, or otherwise defective as a result of transportation to the customer.

5. Return/Exchange Procedure and Product Return Method

All return or exchange requests must be carried out according to the following procedure:

You are required to take clear photos of the product and send an email to thanhduminh@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – [Order Code]”

The email content must include:

  • Clear images showing the condition of the product and a detailed description of the defect (if any);
  • Images of the packaging as received, including:
  • The condition of the protective wrapping;
  • Whether the packaging was wet, torn, dented, or damaged.

Once the return/exchange request is approved, you are requested to send back the product in its original condition as received, including the product itself, any accompanying gifts, accessories, and invoice (if applicable).

Note: You are responsible for ensuring the product remains intact during the return shipment to us.

Upon receipt of the returned/exchanged product, we will proactively contact you and update the processing status via phone or email.

6. Refund Method and Return/Exchange Costs

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will contact you to confirm the refund details.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 07 (seven) business days from the date we receive the complete and valid returned product.

For return or exchange cases resulting from our fault (manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect product delivery), we will bear all shipping costs related to the return or exchange process.

This policy is established to protect customer rights, comply with applicable laws, and align with our prepayment via bank transfer payment method.
