MATERIAL
Hoa Loc/Honey mango, also known as the King of Mangoes, is a high-quality fruit originating from the southern provinces of Vietnam. Mango is famous for its special sweetness, rich aroma, and smooth texture.

PROCESSING
Ripe mangoes are harvested and delivered to the factory. After washing, mangoes are peeled and sterilized with hot water. After that, the fruits are cut into long pieces by hand and dried at low temperatures until they reach standard texture & moisture and keep the original nutrients.
