From August 6 to 8, the Da Nang Women’s Union held the 2024 festival “Da Nang Women – Digital Transformation – Innovative Entrepreneurship – Green Action.”

The event featured a series of key activities: a Livestream Sales Contest broadcast live on the Facebook channels and Fanpages of the Da Nang Women’s Union and the Da Nang Women’s Entrepreneurship Club; networking sessions connecting female entrepreneurs, women traders, and women startups in Da Nang and some central provinces.

The conference also launched the implementation plan for Proposal 01 and hosted the Forum on “Da Nang Women in Green and Sustainable Economic Development.” There were also contests on environmental knowledge and the design of innovative products for environmental protection.

At the forum, members of the Women’s Union were presented with insights into the role of women-led cooperatives in managing natural resources and developing a green economy, as well as green and sustainable business models led by women. They were also provided with guidance on implementing business models that are both green and sustainable.

On this occasion, the final round of the “Women’s Startup Ideas” competition for 2024 also took place, featuring ten outstanding ideas from various districts. These ideas and projects, initiated and led by women entrepreneurs, include many OCOP (One Commune One Product) certified products that incorporate technology and digital solutions in their production and business processes, ensuring clean, green, safe production standards, and environmental protection. The organizing committee awarded the first prize to Ms. Vo Thi Hanh Dung (Women’s Union of Lien Chieu District) for her project “Enhancing the Value of Vietnamese Herring.”

The fair also showcased 22 booths displaying and introducing startup products, OCOP products, and many representative products by women. In addition, more than 100 startup products, products from cooperatives, and economic development partnerships were presented. These products, created and managed by female entrepreneurs, women startups, traders, and Women’s Union members from Da Nang and some central provinces, reflect their commitment to sustainable development.

Thanh Du Minh Company was honored to be among the few representatives from the Women’s Union of Ngu Hanh Son District to participate in the event. This was a precious opportunity for us to promote our brand, BUBU – Dried Fruits, and make it more familiar to the people of Da Nang, as well as to assert our position within the community. BUBU is one of the two brands under Thanh Du Minh Company, specializing in providing healthy foods made from high-quality agricultural ingredients. All BUBU products are manufactured through a farm-to-factory supply chain process, free from added sugar, preservatives, additives, and artificial colors.

We at Thanh Du Minh greatly value this opportunity and are committed to continual development to live up to the trust placed in us by the Women’s Union of Ngu Hanh Son District. Furthermore, we aspire to spread positive energy and inspiration to women, supporting them in growing stronger and contributing to the nation through entrepreneurial and business activities.
