1. Delivery Methods
Upon receipt of your order request, we will proceed to confirm the order and notify you of the detailed shipping fee. Orders will only be dispatched after you have completed payment in accordance with our confirmation.
To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, you are required to provide complete delivery information, including:
House number, street name, neighborhood/hamlet/village/group (if applicable);
- Ward/Commune;
- District;
- Province/City;
- Contact phone number.
In cases where the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or the delivery address is difficult to identify, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order and shall not be liable for any issues arising from such information errors.
Currently, we apply the following delivery method: Delivery via third-party courier services. For deliveries within Da Nang as well as other provinces and cities nationwide, goods will be delivered through appropriate postal or courier service providers.
Shipping fees will be specifically communicated for each order upon confirmation, depending on the delivery area, shipment weight, and selected shipping method.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time ranges from 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method, regulations, and delivery schedule of the courier service provider.
Actual delivery time may vary due to force majeure or other circumstances, including but not limited to:
– Inability to contact the recipient;
– Incorrect delivery address or changes in administrative boundaries;
– High order volume during public holidays or peak seasons;
– Natural disasters, epidemics, traffic restrictions, or requirements from competent authorities;
– Objective issues arising from the courier service provider.
In the event of delivery delays, we will proactively notify you so that you may choose to continue with or cancel the order.
3. Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery services throughout the territory of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
4. Responsibilities During Delivery and Shipping Documents
All orders are carefully packaged and sealed prior to shipment, with recipient information clearly indicated, including name, phone number, delivery address, and order code (if applicable).
A valid sales invoice or warehouse release note (if applicable) will be enclosed with the shipment or provided upon request for reconciliation, complaint handling, or as required by competent authorities.
– For direct delivery orders: our staff will be responsible for handing over relevant documents (if any) to you.
– For courier delivery orders: shipping documents will be included in the parcel or provided via an appropriate method.
5. Responsibility for Goods During Transportation
We shall be responsible for the goods and any risks arising therefrom (including loss or damage) throughout the transportation process from our warehouse until the goods are received by you, except where you select or designate your own courier service provider.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are requested to inspect their condition. If any damage, deformation, breakage, or incorrect delivery is detected, you must immediately notify the delivery personnel and contact our customer service department for timely assistance.
Once you have signed for receipt of the goods without any remarks or feedback regarding their condition, we shall not be liable for any subsequent claims relating to damage or discrepancies thereafter.
In cases where you select or designate your own courier service provider, you shall bear full responsibility for the goods and all risks arising during transportation, including any related costs and losses (if any).
6. Other Conditions
We deliver goods only to the designated recipient as provided at the time of order placement. In cases where changes to the recipient information are unclear or unverifiable, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that are unclear, difficult to access, unsafe, or unsuitable for transportation.
In force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, or transportation infrastructure incidents, we shall not be liable for compensation for any damages arising from delayed delivery or failure to deliver.
In cases where the goods have been delivered to the agreed delivery location but you request a return for personal reasons, you shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred in accordance with our policies.
